1. Are purchases in Google Play allowed in your country?

Google Play is available in many countries, but in-app subscriptions or purchases are not enabled everywhere. Check if your country allows in-app purchases by visiting this link:

2. Are you in China?

Google Play purchases are not available in mainland China. To access PRO features, some users use VPN connections that allow access to Google Play and its services. Due to the country's restrictions, we can't guarantee an exact solution from our side. If you decide to try, make sure to use a secure connection.

3. Is your country supported but you still can't subscribe to the PRO plan?

If your country is on the list of supported countries and you're not in China, the issue might be your device. Some devices acquired in the Chinese market (like Huawei, Xiaomi or Oppo) don't include Google Play Services, which are required for subscribing and making purchases in the app.

Google Play Services is an essential system component for Android apps that are only distributed through Google Play, like those from Khanji School.

4. Are you in Russia?

Due to international sanctions following the start of the conflict in Ukraine, both Google Play and App Store have disabled payments from Russia and Belarus. Unfortunately, it's not possible to subscribe to the PRO plan until these restrictions are lifted. We hope the situation improves soon so that everyone can access any app without limitations.
